Finding Change Resquest Info

You can request finding change for most of our earrings. Please leave us a note at the custom request box.

Earrings will come in the findings that are pictured in listing pictures. You can also request the finding colors, we have gold and silver available.

Also please note some earrings will lost the studs part after the finding change :)

Care Instruction

These care instructions are to ensure that your pieces stay clean and in one piece.

*** They may break if not treated with care ***

For Earrings, Necklace & Hair Clips:

General Care: Remove earrings from the earring cards gently. Do not put too much pressure on the pieces. Please remove the earrings before Swimming. Store in a container to avoid earrings surface being scratched from sharp objects.

Cleaning: Use a lint free/microfiber cloth to safely clean all acrylic types. Please do not use windex on other materials or materials with paint. Avoid using alcohol or any aerosol products to clean the earrings.

Traveling with your pieces: Please put earrings in a protective case when traveling.

For Epoxy Acrylic Keychains:

General Care: Acrylic keychain has a layer of protective film, please remove it before use. Do not soak the keychain in water for a long time. Avoid using alcohol to clean the keychain.

Shipping

All domestic orders (orders within the United States and its territories) are shipped exclusively via the United States Postal Service. Tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. A notice will be sent to you via email when your item has shipped.

We do combine shipping! If you place more than one order, please email me at hello@sunniecreative, I will combine shipping for your orders. If I didn't receive an email on it, I will ship out the orders separately.

We are unable to inquire with the USPS about the location of your package as soon as it is scanned into the USPS network.

Please always double check your address is correct at the time of ordering!

Return policy

We do not accept returns on any items due to sanitize reason. We are available to answer any sizing, care, or materials questions you may have before you purchase. We accept exchange only when the earrings is damaged within 3 days of receiving the order. The customer needs to cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the return earrings, we will issue refund or replacement.
We WILL NOT issue an refund or send out new items for exchange until we receive the returning item. Shipping cost is non refundable.
