All the earrings are handmade polymer clay earrings and acrylic earrings made with love in Thousand Oaks, California. 

Each earring is made with artist-grade polymer clay or acrylic in small batches. Each design of earrings are unique and cannot be exactly replicated. Slight variation may occur compared to the pictures as they are handmade items.

Process Time

Please refer to the current process time mentioned in the announcement bar.


All domestic orders (orders within the United States and its territories) are shipped exclusively via the United States Postal Service. Tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. A notice will be sent to you via email when your item has shipped. 

We do combine shipping! If you place more than one order, please email us at hello@sunniecreative, we will combine shipping for your orders. If we don't receive an email on it, we will ship out the orders separately. 

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to USPS! We are not responsible for packages once dropped off at the post office. Due to the current events, there may be delays in receiving your order. All orders will have tracking information for your records.

Please always double check your address is correct at the time of ordering! We are NOT responsible for package that are delivered to an incorrect address due to customer provide the wrong information.


Clip-on, fish hook, hoop, ball post options are available for some styles. Please leave a message at the custom request box under each listing or at checkout, we will be happy to change it for you.
If you want to make changes to certain styles, please email us or DM us on Instagram @Sunnie.Creative. We are happy to customize it for you. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us. We are happy to help.


If your item arrives in the mail damaged or gets damaged within 3 days of receiving your order, please contact us with photos of the damage earrings and we will replace the earring for you on case basis. 

Return & Exchange

We do not accept returns on any items due to sanitize reason. We are available to answer any sizing, care, or materials questions you may have before you purchase. We accept exchange only when the earrings is damaged within 3 days of receiving the order. Once we receive the return earrings, we will issue refund or replacement. 

Please note - We WILL NOT issue an refund or send out new items for exchange until we receive the returning item. Shipping cost is non refundable.
